1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver orders across Egypt through trusted courier partners such as Aramex, Bosta, and other local carriers.
We’re working to expand our delivery coverage continuously.

2. Delivery Time
• Cairo & Giza: usually 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Other governorates: usually 3–7 business days, depending on location.
• During high-demand seasons (like drops or sales), delivery times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Fees
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional small service fee may apply depending on your courier.
• Free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly stated on our website or social media.

4. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or COD verification).
• You’ll receive a confirmation message or email once your order is shipped, including your tracking number.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
You can use this link to check your order’s delivery status anytime.

6. Missed Deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you, they’ll try again up to two times.
After that, the order will be returned to us, and you’ll need to contact us to reschedule delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We’ll coordinate with the courier and make sure you get your item or a replacement as soon as possible.
