If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns
• You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our official website.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• Items purchased during sale or clearance promotions (unless defective).

3.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Return
1. Contact us through our Instagram page or by email at  [rosarioegy@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm your request and guide you through the next steps.
3. You’ll need to send the item back using a local courier (Aramex, Bosta, or any trusted service).
• Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or a wrong product was sent.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email.
• Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at checkout.
• If you paid cash on delivery (COD), we’ll refund via bank transfer or wallet within 5–10 business days after approval.

5.⁠ ⁠Exchanges
• You can exchange your product for a different size or color (subject to availability).
• Exchanges follow the same return steps mentioned above.

6.⁠ ⁠Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
